What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For most standardized extracts the MOQ is 25 kg (one drum). For high-purity phytochemicals, smaller MOQs of 1–5 kg are possible. Exact MOQs are confirmed per product and destination in your quotation.
Do you provide samples before bulk orders?
Yes. We provide evaluation samples of 50–200 g along with the COA and specification sheet, so your lab can verify quality before committing to a bulk order. Courier charges may apply depending on destination.
Which documents do you supply with shipments?
Every shipment includes a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA), MSDS and specification sheet. Stability data, method of analysis and regulatory support documents are available on request.
What are your typical lead times?
In-stock products ship within 1–2 weeks. Made-to-order and custom-standardized extracts typically take 3–5 weeks depending on quantity and grade. Your quotation includes a confirmed timeline.
Can you manufacture to our custom specification?
